Join us for our 250-hour Teacher Training Program. We develop you as an instructor while exploring a full repertoire on the reformer and mat, with bonus work in barre, release work, proprioception, and cardiovascular techniques.

-50 hours of in-studio or virtual hours

-A complete and comprehensive reformer and mat repertoire

-A deep dive into anatomy including the muscles, joints, bones, and more

-How to be a successful teacher with guides on creating flows, setting pace, musicality, and more

-The ins and outs of the business of being a Pilates instructor

-One year of unlimited email mentorship with one in-person check-in
